Ask for that before you leave rather than looking it up later.
Repeat visits deserve more scrutiny than aftercare does. Clinics sell packages and memberships because recurring revenue is good for clinics, and that is not sinister, but it does mean the recommendation to come back regularly is not a neutral one. Decide on a schedule the way you would decide on any elective purchase, and if your reason for going back is that something is wrong, that is a reason to see a physician instead.
